Paweł Zieliński will join MLP Group

Paweł Zieliński will be appointed to the position of Leasing Manager in early August 2020, will be in charge of leasing warehouse space in Upper and Lower Silesia.
MLP Group has bolstered its commercial space leasing department. Paweł Zieliński will join the sales team as Leasing Manager. At MLP Group, he will be in charge of commercialisation of the logistics parks in Upper and Lower Silesia.
Paweł Zieliński has more than 19 years of experience in the commercial property market in Silesia.
His track record includes lease and sale of more than 250,000 m2 of warehouse and office space. Before joining the MLP Group team, he worked for Optirem, where he was Managing Director for 12 years. His responsibilities included managing warehouse and office space and acquiring new tenants. He has also worked for Maksimum, where his specialty was commercialisation of projects and space and finding property to buy. He was also responsible for negotiating the terms of lease and sale contracts. He started his professional career at Opal. Paweł Zieliński is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. He has completed a course in property management and received the Estate Agent State Licence.
